From New York City... Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to exit 70 south (County Road 111). Take County Road 111 to Sunrise Highway east (Route 27). Take Route 27 to exit 63 south (Old Riverhead Road/County Road 31). Take Old Riverhead Road south to Montauk Highway (second traffic light). Continue south through intersection of Old Riverhead Road and Montauk Highway to Oak Street. Continue south on Oak Street through intersection of Oak Street and Mill Road (first traffic light) to Potunk Lane. Continue south on Potunk Lane to Jessup Lane (sharp right curve followed by sharp left curve). Take Jessup Lane over bridge to Dune Road... The Westhampton Bath & Tennis Hotel and Marina is on the left.
