2-night minimum stay required on the weekends of June 19th, June 26th, September 4th, & September 11th. 3-night minimum stay required on Memorial Day, Labor Day and all weekends in July and August. 5-night minimum stay required between July 3rd and July 8th.
HOTEL POLICIES AND INFORMATION
Reservation Policy: A 50% deposit of room rate for your entire stay is required when booking rooms. Cancellations made within 30-days of your planned arrival date are nonrefundable; If you cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit 10% of your advance deposit; if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you forfeit your whole 50% advance deposit. No exceptions are made in the case of inclement weather. Check-in: After 3 PM Checkout: Before 11 AM Payment for accommodations may be made with most major credit cards. No personal checks will be accepted. Tax Rates are subject to 8.65% NYS sales tax & 3/4% occupancy tax. Only registered guests may use our facilities. Hotel guests are not permitted to have pets. There are board kennels located nearby
