Our hotel is a full service resort located on the ocean in Westhampton Beach, NY. We are open for the spring, summer and fall seasons, May through October. We are a hotel/co-op with 101 hotel rooms, a 52 slip marina as well as cabins and cabanas, available for rent seasonally.

No need for you to bring and carry beach chairs, towels or umbrellas as our facility provides this as part of your stay. Amenities include 500 foot ocean beach with beach staff, heated pool, spa and salon, gym, marina, tennis, valet parking, Wi-Fi and tented outdoor restaurant. In addition, there is plenty to do outside the facility as nearby are the North Fork wineries, South Fork Wineries, local theaters, museums and more.
