Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All transient reservations must be accompanied by a deposit (minimum two nights). Reservations may be cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival, with a refund of deposit less a 10% administration fee. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for cancellations made within 10 days of your arrival date, or for a no show In the event of a cancellation deposits may be applied to other dates during the season.
